The RF-700C1 is an innovative solution that combines a VHF Radio Beacon, with a Xenon strobe/flasher resulting in a self-contained Combo unit designed to assist in the location and recovery of surface assets and oceanographic equipment deployed in shallow waters.

It may be submerged for long periods in ocean depths to 600 meters (1968 feet), or fitted with floatation collar/ skirt for ocean surface tracking with RF frequencies.

The activation of the RF-700C1 is manual. Twisting the lens/antenna cap completes both electrical circuits.
